Clients MUST be 18 years or older to agree to these terms.

Commissions are not first come first serve. I will choose requests that I can complete to the best of my abilities. I have the right to reject any commission for any reason.

Please keep my art style in mind when purchasing; I will not emulate the art style of other artists or companies.

I do not do character designs, so I will need clear references and detailed instructions.

The Client must provide necessary information, such as character personality and references, pose or composition references, and any other information they deem needed for me to begin work. Failing to provide the necessary information may cause a delay in the delivery of the commission or result in the commission being rejected.

Once I approve your commission request, I will send a PayPal invoice to your email. I will not begin work on a commission until full payment is received.

Prices listed are a baseline and can fluctuate above the list price based on complexity.

Additional fees may apply depending on what the work is intended to be used for. Please see the section usage and nda for more information.

Delivery of a project (project files) may be withheld if payment from the client is not fulfilled at the time I complete the work.

Payments are only accepted through PayPal in USD.

Completion time for projects ranges from 4-8 weeks, but that time will vary depending on the complexity of the order and my workload.

For all commission types, you will receive a sketch for initial approval. If you must request changes I ask you to do it at this phase. Please see the section revisions for more information.

I will send work-in-progress (WIPs) shots, but please feel free to ask for additional updates! Clients may also refer to my public queue to view my progress.

Completed commissions will be sent in their full resolution via a Google Drive link unless otherwise specified.

Major revisions, such as adjusting a pose, are only allowed during the sketch stage.

Clients are offered three major revisions free of charge.

Changing a character is prohibited once work has begun.

Minor adjustments, such as color modifications, may be considered in later stages.

In cases where there are small things I have missed, I will change them at no additional charge. (ex. I forgot a character’s earrings or got their eye color wrong.)

Once the final product has been approved, the client may not ask for any further revisions.

Full refunds may occur if a commission has been canceled before I have started work on it. Otherwise, refunds are not allowed once I start a project unless I fail to deliver a commission in a reasonable, timely manner. Delays in the expected project timeline will be clearly communicated with the client.

I retain the copyright to all work I produce. I reserve the right to upload these works to my social media for self-promotional and portfolio purposes.

My commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless otherwise discussed. Up to the extent that these terms outline, you will not profit off my work unless coming to a written agreement with me beforehand. I consider the following use cases as commercial use: Reproduction of the work, publicly or privately, in which you will receive profit from my work.

Clients will credit me when reposting commissioned work.

Clients may produce physical reproductions of their work for PERSONAL use only. (Not for sale.)

Clients may not copy or trace my work in any way unless expressly given permission.

Clients may edit their commissioned works in minor ways, such as use in Profile Pictures, Social Media Banners, or YouTube Thumbnails and similar cases.

Clients may request for their project to remain private during the ordering process. This means I will not be able to stream work of, post WIPs of, or post completed versions of the project until an agreed-upon date in the future. This privacy fee is +20% of the total price of the commission.

Clients may not use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTS, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space

Clients may not use my artwork to train or be used with any AI generators, models, or programs.
